Kiowa at Indian Spring is a quaint and beautiful community comprised of 51 single family homes surrounded by lush landscaping and stunning golf course views. The two and three bedroom homes vary in size but run approximately 1759 - 2067 sq. feet under air, all with 2 car garages and lovely outdoor living space. Kiowa's maintenance fee's include a 24 hour manned gate, lawn care maintenance, cable and our lovely pool and gathering area!  Our maintenance also includes power washing.   With exterior painting done every 7-9 years.
